Estate Planning, Probate, Elder Law Attorney and Legal Assistant
We have a rapidly growing practice and we need an experienced attorney and an experienced legal assistant. Duties include counseling clients, designing estate plans, drafting estate planning documents, analyzing decedents’ estates, drafting probate documents, preparing estate tax returns, handling probate litigation, designing Medicaid qualification plans, assisting clients with Medicaid applications, etc. Competitive pay and benefits commensurate with experience. Experience is required.
